Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may request returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
✓ Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
✓ All original tags and packaging must be intact
✓ Proof of purchase required (order # or receipt)

How to Initiate:

  1. Email support@Canvas.furniture with:
    • Order number
    • Product photos
    • Return reason
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with:
    • Prepaid return label (if applicable)
    • Return authorization number
    • Instructions

Note: Unsolicited returns sent without authorization will be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Finished/altered items (e.g., stained, painted, or assembled)
  • Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Hazardous materials

Damages & Errors

Report within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Wrong product received
  • Parts are missing

Include photos/video evidence for fastest resolution.

EU Customers - Additional Rights

Under EU consumer law, you retain the right to cancel orders within 14 days without justification. All standard return conditions apply.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Completed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  2. Approval: You'll receive email confirmation
  3. Processing: Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days.

Exchanges

We recommend:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order once your return is approved

This ensures fastest receipt of replacement items.
